Ratched Season two: it’s a horror-thriller film returning to Netflix. Ratched season 2 is coming shortly. Ryan Murphy has made a two-season purchase from Netflix. Season 1 introduced the younger version of this traditional character in the 1975 film One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. Season 2 will continue telling the story until the deadline matches the film.

Netflix has a COVID pandemic, it is unclear when filming on season 2 will start. Paulson told Variety she will restart the job soon. However, the super-producer might be a bit busy for a while.

So, Ratched year 2 won’t picture by the summer of 2021. According to the assumptions, it could be released on Netflix by ancient 2022.

While the Ratched season two cast list isn’t final yet, we could assume Sarah Paulson is going to be back as the title character, Nurse Mildred Ratched.

  • Vincent D’Onofrio is seen as – Governor George Willburn, the governor of California
  • Cynthia Nixon is- Gwendolyn Briggs, love interest
  • Judy Davis is- Nurse Betsy Bucket, Head Nurse at Lucia State Hospital
  • Sophie Okonedo is- Charlotte Wells, a patient with dissociative identity disorder
  • Amanda Plummer is- Louise, a motel manager
  • Brandon Flynn is- Henry Osgood, a psychotic killer

There are a few Ratched cast members who will not return for season 2, since their characters are dead. However, they could come up in a flashback or dream:

  • Sharon Stone (Lenore Osgood), a rich heiress and Henry’s mother
  • Jon Jon Briones (Dr. Richard Hanover / Dr. Manuel Bañaga), the director of Lucia State Hospital
  • Corey Stoll (Charles Wainwright), a hit-man hired by Lenore Osgood to kill Dr. Hanover
  • Alice Englert (Nurse Dolly), a nurse trainee and Edmund’s romance partner
  • Charlie Carver (Huck Finnigan), an orderly man; his face is disfigured from the war
  • Jermaine Williams (Harold), a security guard
