The Barbie franchise is perhaps one of the most popular franchises in the world. Love it or hate it that the phrase needless to argue; it’s the truth. Now it is time for the movie to be shown in cinemas in a live event. The film will star only Margot Robbie as Barbie and the undeniable Ken who from everyone’s hearts is Ryan Gosling.
Margot Robbie’s first look completely fell apart as Barbie’s character in April at CinemaCon and now it’s Ryan Gosling’s first look entirely at her character as Kane has fallen on social media and people are losing her.

The photo shows Ryan flexing his amazing muscles while wearing a sleeveless denim jacket. Gosling also appears to be rocking a spray tan and wearing underwear that has a “Kane” label on it. On top of that, the Gangster Squad actor has iconic bleach blonde hair and with all of these things it’s really hard to tell if Gosling is standing in the photo or a life-size Ken doll. This is a job done correctly.
Margot’s first appearance as Barbie showed her in a pink convertible while wearing an abstract blue dress, blue polka dot headband, and a wide smile.
Under Ryan’s first look as Kane on Instagram, his wife Eva Mendes commented, “So.F Funny. So. F. Good. So F excited to see this…” adding the hashtag “#Thatsmyken.”
The movie is being filmed and it is bound to be something that exceeds anyone’s expectations. When asked what direction the movie would take, Margot Robbie made a point to make it clear that the movie would offer something distinctly different from what anyone expected, and that would be the wow factor in that.
“Whatever you’re thinking, we’ll give you something completely different – something you didn’t know you wanted,” Robbie said in an interview about a year ago.
Everyone is excited to see what the first live-action adaptation of the iconic characters will be like when the movie finally hits theaters on July 23, 2023.
