Fans believe Hawkeye Boss has confirmed the arrival of MCU Kingpin

Although nothing has been officially confirmed, people are still ready to bring Vincent D’Onofrio’s Marvel King Pin back to the original Disney + Hawkeye series.

During an interview on Disney +, Hawkeye executive producer Trinh Tran asked about Maya Lopez / Echo Alaqua Cox’s debut at the end of the show’s second episode. When asked why she chose this series specifically for the Echo adaptation, Tran asked her a “very good question” but said, “it should show up after watching the rest of the episodes.” This has led to speculation that Kingpin will appear in episode 4 or episode 5 of Hawkeye.

In the comics, Wilson Fisk Echo – played by a certain Onofrio in the acclaimed Netflix series Daredevil from 2015 to 2018 – grew up as his surrogate son in his father’s latest attempt to kill the quay. So far, Hawkeye fans have only focused a little on Echo’s role in the story, especially Clint Barton’s relationship with Kate Bishop and Dracula’s Tracksuit War. However, D’Onofrio made fun of these rumors by luring fans through Hawkeye’s commercial retweets, and precisely one with “It’s going to be fun. I love these Marvel series.”

Echo Cox is Marvel Cinematic Universe’s first living Native American superhero and its second deaf hero after Makkari of the Eternals. Hawkeye also confirmed that Clint uses a hearing aid to compensate for deafness in one ear, a byproduct of the countless fights and explosions that preceded him as an avenger.

It’s still unclear whether the Echo will have the exact Taskmaster-style photo reproductions and its fun counterpart and whether it can instantly read and copy combat movements just by looking at them. Echo was the first Marvel character to go through Ronin in the comics.

After his resurrection in House of M, Barton later accepted the title, where Bishop became the new Hawkeye. In the movies, Bartin Ronin starred in Avengers: Endgame to disperse the criminal underworld after Thanos’ death. His former identity was crucial to the first two episodes of Hawkeye. In the show, Kate stole clothes from a black market auction to protect her mother’s boyfriend, Jack Duquesne (Tony Dalton), from the mob, only to report a “ronin” scene to Clint searching for the costume’s new owner.

Much of Hawkeye’s history to date has been inspired by Matt Fraction and David Aja’s 2012 Hawkeye series, including appearances by characters such as Lucky (aka Pizza Dog) and art-inspired lyrics. Unlike Fish, Florence Pugh will appear in Hawkeye as Yelena Belova. Her role as Black Widow will resume this summer. Echo will also receive its own Disney + byproduct, officially announced this year at Disney + Day.

The first two episodes of Hawkeye are currently being streamed on Disney +. A new episode airs on Wednesday.
