All You Need to know about Guardians of the Galaxy on special holidays

In the base of book Masters Of The Air: America’s Bomber Who Attacked the Air War Against Nazi Germany by Donald L. Miller, this wartime epic chronicles the actions of the 8th Air Force, the U.S. Army’s elite unit, in bombing Berlin, Hanover, Leipzig and Dresden and destroying enemy targets such as railroads and oil refineries while allegedly engaged in aerial combat at 25,000 feet. The missions were dangerous and produced many heroes.

The release date for “Masters Of The Air

There’s no release date for Masters Of The Air yet as filming is currently underway in the U.K. (see below), but we’ll update you as soon as we know more on Apple TV+. We think a worldwide release date in 2022 is very likely.

Shooting locations for Masters Of The Air

A former World War II airfield near Abingdon in Oxfordshire was recently used as a filming location for Masters Of The Air, near Dalton Barracks. Meanwhile, a significant U.S. airbase has been built on a disused university and hotel in Buckinghamshire, near Chalfont St Giles, at the cost of $7 million for the upcoming drama. It is a central headquarters for the U.S. Army Air Corps. It includes a collection of life-size Nissen huts and other outbuildings. The Berkshire village of Bray was filled with extras to film scenes in the Hinds Head pub.

In August 2021, filming shifted to Oxford, about Radcliff Square, the Bodleian Library, and Catte Street. Of course, several of these locations are currently being used for ITV’s crime series Endeavour. At the beginning of September 2021, filming took place in Hemel Hempstead town center, previously used for the Netflix comedy After Life starring Ricky Gervais.

“Masters of The Air” cast – Austin Butler as Gale Cleven

Austin Butler plays the role of American aviator Gale Cleven in Masters Of The Air. The California actor has previously played James “Wilke” Wilkerson in the T.V. series Switched At Birth, Tex Watson in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Jordan Gallagher in Ruby & The Rockits, Sebastian Kydd in The Carrie Diaries, and Wil Ohmsford in The Shannara Chronicles.

What else do we know about Masters Of The Air?

Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg are executives producing Masters of the Air. At the same time, the series is directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, who previously directed the last Bond film, No Time To Die. The film was adapted from the book Masters of the Air: America’s Bomber Boys Who Fought the Air War Against Nazi Germany by John Orloff and Graham Yost, who wrote Band of Brothers for television.

A brief guide to the sequel to Masters Of The Air, Band Of Brothers.

The war film Band Of Brothers (2001) tells the story of the U.S. Army’s Easy Company (part of the 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment). Ten episodes described their wartime skills, from jump training to the Normandy landings and the end of World War II.

It was the most expensive television series of all time, winning an Emmy and two Golden Globes for Best Series.

Produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks, the series was broadcast in the U.K. on BBC2 and is currently available on BBCIPlayer, and Sky Box sets. The cast includes Damian Lewis (Major Dick Winters), David Schwimmer (Captain Herbert Sobel), and Ron Livingston (Captain Lewis Nixon). Dexter Fletcher, Colin Hanks, and Marc Warren are also featured.

Is there a trailer for Masters Of The Air?

Yes, a trailer for Masters Of The Air was recently released, and it looks pretty spectacular. Check out the trailer below. NEXT YEAR, Apple TV+ is expected to release a full trailer for Masters of the Air before it airs, which we’ll post here.
