In Hocus Pocus 2, first unveiled in May 2021, Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler, and Kathy Najimy return to play the legendary Sanderson sisters. After the first movie, in this exclusive Disney + sequel, the wonderfully evil sisters return 29 years after Max brought them back to life in the 1993 original.

Starring in “Hocus Pocus 2”
Kathy Najimy, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Bette Midler will repeat their roles as Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson, the original evil witch trio that so many viewers loved in the original film.
Doug Jones also returns as Billy Butcherson. Billy was Winifred’s undead ex-girlfriend, who first helped Max, Dani, Allison, and Binx defeat their sisters.
Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingham, and Belissa Escobedo (American Horror Stories) will also appear as Cassie, Becca, and Izzy, a band of high school students who, in a way, disturbed the Sanderson sisters.
Emmy-winning actresses Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Tony Hale (Veep), Sam Richardson (The War of Tomorrow), Juju Brener, Froy Gutierrez, Taylor Paige Henderson, and Nina Kitchen complete the cast.

Hocus Pocus 2 takes place in Salem, 29 years after Max accidentally revived the Sanderson sisters by lighting the Black Flame Candle, and they want revenge again for their execution.
