The global girl group KATSEYE is set to expand its digital footprint this fall. On October 16, 2026, the documentary film Katseye: Wild Hearts will officially begin streaming on both Disney+ and Hulu in the United States. International audiences will be able to access the film exclusively on Disney+.
This streaming debut marks a strategic distribution shift for the group, following their 2024 Netflix docuseries, Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE. While the previous series focused on the intensive training and selection process that formed the group, this new 80-minute documentary chronicles their rapid ascent in the global music industry and their connection with their dedicated fanbase, known as “EYEKONS.”
Directed by Nadia Hallgren—whose previous work includes the Michelle Obama documentary Becoming—the film provides an intimate look at the group’s journey through never-before-seen footage and personal interviews. According to production details, the project also incorporates fan-submitted videos, highlighting the grassroots support that fueled their recent commercial milestones. The film was produced by Interscope Films and Boardwalk Pictures in partnership with HYBE x Geffen.
The move to streaming services follows a limited theatrical run that launched on August 12, 2026. The timing of the digital release aligns with a period of significant chart success for the six-member ensemble. Their third EP, titled WILD, recently debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. This achievement has cemented their status as a leading force in the cross-cultural pop landscape as they continue their “WILDWORLD” global tour.
Reports from BroadwayWorld indicate that the film serves as both a retrospective of their growth since their formation and a celebration of their first No. 1 album.
